For just $97.00AUD per month you will get a one-on-one hourly session with Kathie, either by phone, Skype or online seminar room, to work through things that will help develop your business further, and guide you with decision-making. If you are local to where Kathie is situtated it is possible to arrange one-on-one face-to-face sessions as well. Email support will also be available.
During our initial session we will:
- Establish the objectives for your coaching and areas you need assistance with
- Work through an alignment questionnaire that you will have filled out in advance
- Work out how long you want to participate in coaching for, i.e. 6 months, 1 year, longer term
- Discuss the first session topic
- Complete an action plan
- Plan the next meeting
Regular sessions thereafter will include:
- Establishing session objectives and topics
- Reviewing your progress/updates/any monthly reports
- Discuss session topic
- Complete an action plan
- Plan next meeting
